rollOver buttons
Realy nice buttons for your website.
1. Open new file (150*100)
2. With Rectangle Tool (R) draw something like this:

3. Select object and convert it to Movie Clip (F8)

4. Press double-click on your object
5. Convert again to Movie Clip (F8)

6. Set frames, like on picture below. (Press F6 on frame 10 and 20)

7. Right mouse click somewhere between 1st and 2nd keyframes (black dots) and then between 2nd and 3rd keyframes. For example, on frame 5 and 15 and chose Create Motion Tween

8. You shoud have this now

9. Select 1st keyframe (frame 1) and after that select your object (left click on object). Set Alpha 30%

10. Do the same with last frame (20)
11. Add new layer 
12. Set keyframes on the 1st and 10th frame on new layer

13. Add stop action script on those keyframes. To open Actions screen, pres F9

14. Go back to root (press once)
15. Select your button (button must be selected!!!) and write insance name: button

16. Now add new layer on stage and write text for your button

17. Add one more layer on top

18. On new layer, draw with Rectangle Tool (R) almost same object like your button

19. Convert new object to button (F8)

20. Double-click on object
21. Drag first frame and drop it below HIT

22. Go back to root again
23. Select button on layer 3 (the layer which we created last)
24. While button is selected (remember, if button is not selected, script will not work!!), open Actions window and write in this:

index.html is page where button will take you out. |
25. That's it, you created your button. You can test your movie by pressing Ctr+Enter
26. Now just do the same few times and create your menu bar
